Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sand + Salt Kids pieces.

If something’s not quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• Returned with original packaging

 

Exchanges & Store Credit (our fave option)

Exchanges and store credit are encouraged wherever possible.

If you choose store credit, we’ll often add a little bonus so you get more value toward your next order.

This credit never expires and can be used anytime online.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

Refunds

Refunds to the original payment method are available if needed.

Please note:

• A $4.95 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

• Original shipping costs are non refundable

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and checked.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale (including items in our Final Sale collection, clearance styles, and special promotions) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Please choose carefully on these pieces.

Sand + Salt Kids is a small, mum run brand creating small batch clothing, designed in Australia and handmade in Bali.

These policies help us keep doing what we do, while still being fair and flexible for families shopping with us.
