Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

During launches, sales, or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, we always appreciate your patience.

Any free shipping offers or thresholds will be clearly shown at checkout when available.

 


 

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, Sand + Salt Kids is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your parcel appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you investigate with the carrier.

 


 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping details before placing your order.

Orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be refunded or replaced.
