People often ask what my favourite customer review is.
It’s not a five-star rating.
It’s not someone saying the quality is amazing.
It’s not even when someone places a huge order.
My favourite compliment is much simpler.
“My child refuses to take it off.”
As a mum, I know kids are honest.
If something is itchy, they’ll tell you.
If it doesn’t fit properly, they’ll avoid it.
If they don’t like it, it sits in the wardrobe.
So when a parent tells me their child reaches for the same tee every single time it’s clean, I know we’ve done something right.
That’s always been my goal.
Not to make clothes that look good in photos.
To make clothes kids genuinely love wearing.
Because if they reach for it first, I know it’ll become part of their adventures, their holidays, their weekends and the memories that come with them.
To me, that’s worth more than any review.
